Google is working on the possibility of surfing sites even in the absence of the Internet

Google's work on the preparation of new standards to ensure users the ability to browse the web even in the case of non-contact user access to the Internet, and aims to ensure that the new idea create interactive websites operate without the need for access to the Internet. 

The new idea from Google based on the technique (Service Workers) and is the new standard of surfing will store the data and location data on the user's device (smart phone, computer tablet or computer fixed) and thus in the case of interruption of the Internet will not be user sees the error page that be advised that there is no connection and access to the Internet but will be able to see the latest version of the site as if there was a connection to the Internet. 

Moreover, this new standard is not based only on data storage and the sites but also speeds up the process of loading the pages on websites in case of availability of the latter.
